Megaphone Deploy
The DFY install of your company's new content engine.
Our forward deployed creator embeds into your meetings, Slack, and business to capture what's really going on and create content that actually tells your story.
Thirty minutes, and you leave with the strategy either way.
We analyze your accounts before the call. You leave with immediate next steps, regardless of whether you end up working with us or not.
Real accounts with real results.
We keep clients anonymous but here are some receipts.

Content fails without context.
Every founder who has fired a writing firm can name the reason.
Interviews capture one moment
A scheduled call misses the decisions, the customer questions and the opinions that surface during the week.
Your voice drifts
Writers fill the gaps with familiar language. You get polished drafts that sound like nobody in particular.
Publishing loses priority
Every draft needs a fresh explanation, so the schedule breaks the first week the company needs you elsewhere.
Reach rarely turns into anything
Follower counts can't tell you who replied, booked a call, applied for the job, or made the introduction.
Add a creator to your team instead.
Megaphone Deploy is a 90-day install. Your creator runs the process from source material through to publication and reporting.
- Studies your voice and writes it down
- Finds the ideas inside your company's work
- Drafts for X, LinkedIn and email
- Prepares the visuals
- Runs the calendar
- Tracks what the work produced
- Share the sources you're comfortable sharing
- Review one batch a week
- Correct a fact or a position
That's the whole of your side. Nothing publishes without your yes.
What we do, end to end.
Audience map drafted, voice guide calibration begins, your archive lane opened.
Content formats matched to the voice guide, first week's plan approved, profiles rebuilt.
The full weekly plan goes live, every week, for good.
The decision. Keep it rolling with the same strategist, expand it to a co-founder, an executive or the company page, or make it yours.
If you chose to make it yours: handover, fully documented, your operator trained. Otherwise the system keeps running and growing into the company.
Turn your week into the content.
Monday sourcing, Tuesday drafts, then your review.
Gather context
Your strategist reads the Slack channels you approved, the meetings, the calls and the internal updates.
Draft the week
The strongest ideas become drafts shaped for each channel, with the visuals prepared alongside them.
Review one batch
You read one organised batch and leave every comment in one place. This is the hour.
Publish and measure
Approved work is scheduled, and the responses that matter are recorded as they arrive.
Your team can take the system over, or keep going with us.
By day 90 you hold the context, the documentation, the strategy and the working process needed to keep the momentum without us.

Sixty days in, the founder layer is built and running. You choose what comes next: keep the same strategist going, expand to a co-founder, an executive or the company page, or spend days 60 to 90 making it yours to run alone. Nothing stays with us that you need to keep going.
Built for founders and investors with something on the line this year.
- Your customers, investors or candidates read X and LinkedIn to decide who to trust
- You have a perspective worth sharing in public but no time
- You want a system your company actually owns
- The next two quarters include a fundraise, key hire, or growth push
- You're pre-launch or still working out what you sell
- You want to test whether writing in public matters before committing
- You want to learn the system and run it yourself first
Transparent pricing with no secret upsells later.

What we get asked on calls.
Why a one-time price and not a retainer?
Because founder content usually dies at month five, and a retainer is built to survive that, not fix it. Deploy has a signed definition of done and a decision built into it. By day 60 the founder layer is running, and you choose what comes next with a working system and a weekly review in front of you, not month five and nothing to show.
What do I own?
Everything, whichever door you pick at day 60. Your audience map, your voice guide, the content formats matched to it, the audience engagement routine, the performance review. If you choose to make it yours, an operator on your team is trained on all of it by day 90. Nothing stays with us that you need to keep going.
Can we send ad hoc requests?
Yes. Your strategist is in your Slack for exactly that. A launch, a hire, a piece of news, a post you want killed: you message them the way you'd message a teammate. Ad hoc is the point of the embed.
What does 'a strategist in my Slack' actually mean?
A named person joins your workspace, attends the standups or reads the recordings, and has a channel with you. They see what happened this week as it happens. That's the difference between us and a firm that interviews you once a month and guesses the rest.
What happens at day 60?
You choose, with a running system in front of you. Keep your strategist on with Megaphone, from $3,995 a month. Expand it to a co-founder, an executive, the company page or a launch. Or spend the last 30 days making it yours to run alone. Nothing is locked behind us.
Is distribution included?
Yes. Every Deploy includes a week-one distribution jumpstart so the first posts are seen by people who can act on them. We explain how on the call.
Why not just hire a writer?
Plenty of founders try it. Someone talented writes, nobody owns the system, and six months later the founder is still doing the work, and it never grew past one account. Deploy is the system plus a person close enough to your business to run it, and to grow it.
Will this work in my industry?
If your customers, your next hires or your investors read X or LinkedIn, yes, and the formats adapt to the audience. It's also what we pressure-test on the strategy call. If we don't think it works for your business, we'll tell you not to buy it.
