Stop sporadically shouting into the void.
Most founders fail to post because they don't have the right system behind them.
Every week starts from zero
You sit down to write and start by hunting for a subject. The useful ideas came and went on Tuesday.
Every channel gets the same post
X, LinkedIn and email are read differently. One piece copied across all three is weaker on all three.
It takes the whole week
Research, writing, editing, visuals and scheduling spread out until content is competing with the company.
Reach becomes the only measure
Follower growth can't tell you which ideas worked or which of them brought someone to you.
They know they should, but they have 10 different jobs every day. Without a repeatable process posts just stop happening eventually.
Our system, built by you.
What we install for $15,000 clients, taught as short lessons.
- Your voice written down, so nothing you publish sounds like a stranger wrote it
- A week of posts planned in one sitting instead of a blank page every morning
- Formats that already worked on real founder accounts, matched to your lane
- A way to tell which posts brought someone to you, not just which got likes
- The whole thing documented, so it keeps running when you get busy
- About an hour a week once it's running
- One instruction after each lesson
- Your own opinions. We're not writing them for you here
It's not all about you.
Most founder content programs teach you to grow a personal account, and that's where it ends. Useful, but it leaves you as the only channel your company has, and it all stops the week you get busy.
This system starts with you because your account reaches further than your company page ever will. Then it extends. The Audience Map, the Voice Guide and the weekly workflow you build here are the same artifacts we use to bring a co-founder, an executive, your company account or your whole team into the same engine, each in their own voice.
So you're not buying a personal brand. You're building the thing your company's reputation runs on, starting with the account that has the most reach today.
- You first
- Your account is the one with the most reach and the most trust. It goes first, always.
- Then your co-founders and execs
- Same worksheets, their own voice. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch.
- Then the company account
- It borrows credibility from the people, instead of shouting on its own.
- Then your team
- The people already doing the work become the ones talking about it.
We proved this out ourselves.
We didn't study founder content from the outside. We used it to build real businesses.

Blake Emal
First marketing hire at Copy.ai, where content carried the company from zero to $2.5M in annual revenue inside a year.
He's built 92,000 followers on X and 26,000 on LinkedIn without running a single ad, and he wrote and presents every lesson in here.

Michael Houck
Early teams at Uber and Airbnb, then a company that raised $23M. Founding Journey goes out to 58,000 founders every week.
He's built an audience of more than 300,000 across LinkedIn, X and email, and it's produced over $7M in lifetime revenue for the businesses behind it.

All sales are final.
This is exactly what we build for Deploy clients, minus the strategist who runs it for them. Book a strategy call.
What we get asked.
Is this the same system you install for Deploy clients?
Yes. Same eight modules, same names, same rules, wrapped in a Start Here and a Weekly Routine so you can work through it alone. Deploy adds a strategist inside your company to run it and a guarantee on the install. The OS gives you the playbook and the worksheets to run it yourself.
Is it video or text?
Video. Every lesson is a three to four minute video presented by Blake Emal, and each one ends with a single instruction and the worksheet to carry it out. Watch at your desk or on your phone. Thirty-four lessons, plus two bonus lessons on launch content.
How is this different from the free playbooks?
The playbooks cover one platform each and tell you what works. The OS is the full operating system: who you're aiming at, how you sound, what goes out every week, how the hour is spent, where material comes from, how attention becomes conversations, and what to measure. Every rule is backed by what happened across the founder accounts we run.
How long before I am posting?
Two weeks to build: the map, the voice spec, the format matches, the profile rebuild. Week three the full weekly plan goes live and doesn't stop.
How much time will I need each week?
Plan on a 90-minute block while you're learning it. Once the system is set up and your formats are chosen, the same week's work takes most people under an hour.
Do I need writing experience?
No. You need real experience and opinions worth reading. The lessons handle the rest: what to write about, how to structure it, how to edit it down, and when to publish it.
Can someone on my team use it instead?
Yes. A chief of staff, a marketer or a content operator can work through the lessons and worksheets and run the system on your behalf. You still supply the positions and approve the work.
Can I upgrade to Deploy later?
Yes, and the OS work carries over. Your Audience Map and Voice Guide become the starting point for the install instead of the first two weeks of it.
